# Access to To-Do list

Project captain, [Admin](https://help.freelo.io/en/help/admin-and-project-manager-role/) of the project or Project manager can restrict an access to To-Do lists by setting permissions for other users. You can set up the access when creating a To-Do list or anytime later.

Go to the _Users_ section in the project detail and set up who can see particular To-Do lists. Each user must have access to one To-Do list in the project at least. Click _Can see all To-Do lists_ and select only those you want the user to have access to.

## Invite user to one To-Do list directly

You can invite a new user directly to a particular To-Do list in a project. Go to section _Users_ on detail of the project, click on _green plus icon_ and select user. Unselect option _Invited users will see all To-Do lists_ and choose To-Do lists accessed by the user. Confirm by green button _Save_.

Invite users to a particular To-Do list only.

Remember to permit the access at least to one To-Do list, otherwise the user has access to all of them.
